Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Tido Schmidt, Alter Postweg 6, 26607 Aurich, Germany, tido.schmidt@googlemail.com) of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content
For contracts for the supply of digital content not on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance of the contract after you have:
- expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period; and
- confirmed your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal by giving this consent.
At checkout you are asked to give this consent via a separate, non-pre-ticked checkbox. We store the consent (time, user, product, the wording shown, and IP address). Without this consent, access to digital content is provided only after the withdrawal period has expired or after other legally permissible release.

If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you can use the following wording (not mandatory):
